We're on the lookout for a passionate Sales Consultant who lives for the excitement of the chase — someone who connects deeply with customers, shapes their vision, and seals every sale with confidence and style.

Job Description

In this role, you will greet each customer warmly, listening carefully as they share their vision or the challenge that brought them in. Using your deep knowledge of Nick Scali's luxury sofas and furnishings, you help them picture how a new lounge or statement chair could become the centerpiece of their home. You guide them through textures, colours, and configurations, matching products with their style and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, emotionally aware customer service that inspires loyalty and repeat business.
  • Engage customers through emotive storytelling to help envision their dream space.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals confidently and consistently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely processing of all customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain high presentation and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • A playful spirit with an insatiable drive to hit sales targets and have a blast doing it!
  • Emotionally tuned-in and able to vibe with customers from the get-go.
  • A seasoned pro at consultative selling and finding creative solutions that wow.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in high-roller categories like furniture, bling, cars, or luxury living.
  • Organized, professional, and a team player with a growth mindset that's off the charts!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
