Sales Specialist (FMCG)

NIQ is a global leader in measurements and data analysis for the FMCG and retail industry and a trusted source of information on consumer behaviors and preferences.

We have been present on the Polish market for 30 years, and our team consists of FMCG and retail industry experts ready to support clients in making key business decisions with NielsenIQ data and solutions and their expertise. In connection with the dynamic development of the business, we are looking for people for the position of Sales Consultant (Sales/Client Specialist).

Responsibilities:

  • Building positive relationships with a group of assigned FMCG clients, knowledge of their business and strategies,
  • Analyzing the business needs of clients and matching NielsenIQ solutions, including through cooperation with other internal departments
  • Responsibility for the business plan for the assigned group of clients: planning and achieving financial goals, preparing and submitting offers, negotiating terms of cooperation with existing and new clients; tracking financial results of clients
  • Actively selling NIQ analytical solutions
  • Representing NielsenIQ during client meetings, industry meetings, and conferences

About You:

You are an enthusiast for sales and excel at building relationships and contacts with clients. You are not afraid to knock on different doors and return with a new strategy when you don’t get a β€œyes” the first time. You are interested in the FMCG and retail industry. Proactive sales actions, representing the company externally, creating industry communities and information channels around them – this sounds like a task for you!

Requirements:

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with external clients and establish new business contacts
  • Experience in acquiring and/or maintaining relationships with companies in the FMCG and/or retail industry
  • Knowledge of the CPG (FMCG) and retail industry, understanding of changing retail and business needs
  • High negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to read and interpret sales data
  • Skills in professional external company representation
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish in business
  • Good knowledge of MsExcel and MsPowerPoint
  • Good work organization
