Strategic Analytics & Insights Senior Sales Business Partner France

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our key clients and lead the expansion of our SA&I solutions in the French market. You will be at the heart of our transformation around AI, helping our clients make faster and more informed decisions through next-generation insights.

You will be responsible for market development and commercial impact, influencing high-level stakeholders and contributing to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the SA&I gotomarket strategy in France, in line with Western Europe priorities.
  • Build and accelerate a high-quality pipeline of opportunities focused on strategic issues.
  • Qualify and close complex deals while ensuring profitability and sustainable value creation.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition of new clients.

2. Senior Client Relationship Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CMI, Marketing, Strategy, and Retail executives.
  • Mobilize your strong network of sector contacts to deepen relationships and open new opportunities.
  • Anticipate client needs and connect them to the most innovative SA&I solutions powered by AI.
  • Feed back client expectations and insights to product, analytics, and consulting teams to guide roadmaps.

3. Commercial Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new opportunities and emerging client needs across different sectors.
  • Leverage your market knowledge and network to open doors and guide engagement strategies.
  • Lead or contribute to responses to RFPs with high-value-added proposals.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics to refine the SA&I positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams in Western Europe to align growth priorities.
  • Work with data science, analytics, and marketing teams to enrich our portfolio of AI-driven solutions.
  • Voice the client’s perspective within the organization to inform strategic decisions.

5. Performance Tracking & Operational Excellence

  • Track and pilot the pipeline, conversion rates, forecasts, and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong CRM discipline and rigorous reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between daily execution and broader growth objectives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Development of SA&I solutions penetration across four practice areas: Consumer Behavior & Insights, Innovation, Brand & Media, Analytics & Activation.
  • Engagement and satisfaction of senior clients.
  • Acceleration of sales cycles and improvement of conversion rates.

Ideal Profile

You are a strategic insights leader with a strong commercial instinct and solid experience in CMI, market research, consulting, or commercial development in FMCG, retail, tech, durables, or consumer research. You excel in complex environments, enjoy identifying and activating new opportunities, and are passionate about how AI transforms insights and decision-making.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, consulting in insights, or commercial development in FMCG, retail, tech, durables, or consumer research.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior & shopper insights and brand growth levers.
  • Comfort with analytics, AI-driven tools, and data storytelling.
  • Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
