We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Group Business Sales Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop group insurance business through independent agents.

Your day-to-day:

  • Sales Support: Assist independent agents in understanding and promoting NN Hellas' group insurance products.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to independent agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between independent agents and NN Hellas' operational departments.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance industry at sales section or similar role.
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
