- Identify and leverage potential for improving scanning-based logistics processes of potential customers - Build relationships with current and potential customers, understand their challenges, pains, and goals - Acquire new customers and raise upselling potential - Understand and analyze customer needs, impact, and goals - Create benefit-oriented solution concepts, provide ROI considerations, and maintain CRM

⚡ Requirements

- Previous experience in a SaaS technology company in a similar commercial role such as Account Manager, Account Director, Partner Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Exec, or similar - Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment - Good technical understanding and excellent presentation skills - Enthusiastic about working in an ambitious team - Fluent in German and business fluent in English
