Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team, assisting in customer service, proposal development, order tracking, and commercial information organization. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, contributing to customer satisfaction and the achievement of company goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Attend to clients by phone, email, or in person, filtering information about products, services, and orders.
• Issue commercial quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
• Track the progress of orders from entry to delivery.
• Update client records and maintain organized registries.
• Support the sales team with reports, spreadsheets, and goal tracking.
• Interact with internal departments (logistics, finance, inventory) to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Monitor budgets with clients, ensuring status updates and contributing to conversion into sales.

Education and experience:

• High school diploma complete (desirable technical or higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
• Previous experience in the commercial or customer service field.
• Knowledge of sales administrative routines.
• Experience with Protheus and advanced Excel.
• Preferably basic to intermediate English.
