The Ford Fleet and Commercial Sales Director is a dynamic leader responsible for managing all aspects of fleet and commercial vehicle sales. This role is pivotal in driving market share growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, inventory management, financial operations, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals through a balanced approach of retail sales and purchase order business. Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses of all sizes, including municipalities and government agencies.
• Inventory Management: Strategically order and manage inventory to optimize availability and profitability. Ensure disciplined inventory practices to safeguard departmental financial performance.
• Website and Digital Strategy: Manage and enhance online presence, ensuring the website is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing. Price inventory accurately and upload professional photos to attract potential buyers. Regularly review website performances (at least weekly) to confirm accurate pricing and optimal functionality.
• Marketing Execution: Plan and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote fleet and commercial vehicle offerings. Leverage opportunities such as service drive interactions, grassroots events, and other creative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

What You'll Need:

• 5 years minimum experience in Fleet Commercial Sales/Management. Preferably Ford.
• Knowledge of vehicle upfitting
• Experience with government and municipality bidding
• Finance/sales management experience a plus
