Sales Manager

As Sales Manager based in Noida, your mission will be to successfully implement sales strategies and drive growth in your territory by partnering closely with the Sr Sales Manager, to help build and implement the regional sales strategy, drives adoption of solution led selling, accelerates digital and portfolio growth, and ensures consistent forecasting accuracy and execution perfection quarter over quarter.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Developing and completing a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key customers, partners, and educational institutions.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Skills You Will Need:

  • A proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the educational sector and familiarity with sales territory market.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • An attitude that prioritizes achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
