Business Development Representative

We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading Creator Tools through strategic outbound lead generation. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive outbound sales strategy focused on identifying and qualifying leads for our Creator Tools, prospecting and developing new leads through a variety of channels, partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans, qualifying and converting inbound leads into opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly goals, and staying up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth.

Skills and Requirements Must Haves: 3-5 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry, proved track record of exceeding sales quotas, understanding on outbound sales methodologies and proficiency in sales tools like CRM (Salesforce preferred), excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential customers, strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales performance optimization, leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve success.
