Job Opportunity At Haney's Tire And Automotive Service
Haney's Tire and Automotive Service is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented outside commercial sales and account representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers for commercial semi truck and tractor tire sales. Duties include:
- Loading, transporting, and unloading various size commercial truck tires to and from Haney's Tire and customer locations
- Driving a pick up truck with a trailer attached in a safe manner
- Maintaining relations with existing customers, making tire sales, looking up prices for tire sizes, and ordering tires through vendors
- Demonstrating vehicle-related product and service knowledge
- Handling customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring resolution to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to showcase product features and benefits
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing stock levels effectively
