Sales Trainer
The Aspen Group (TAG) supports nearly 1,500 health and wellness offices nationwide, including Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implants. As Aspen Dental, we're growing fast and looking for future Sales Trainers who love developing talent, driving performance, and being on the move.
What You'll Do
- Local travel weekly to offices within your region/territory.
- Deliver in-person training and coaching to office leaders, sales professionals, and clinicians.
- Improve consultative sales techniques and treatment plan acceptance to best serve our patients.
- Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities and implement strategies.

Work Experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in sales training, coaching, or sales management (luxury retail, cosmetics, healthcare a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable with early mornings 1-2x/week (6:45 AM huddles) and overnight travel during training.
- Comfortable traveling to local offices (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour) 4 days per week.
