- Lead, grow, and manage the expansion sales & account management team at Notable, driving growth & retention strategy, refining processes, and hiring a world-class team
- Shape Notable's commercial strategy for account retention and growth while building trusted relationships with executives across partner organizations
- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen by managing the team to effectively diagnose the business needs of customers and prescribe Notable solutions of highest value
- Drive the entire expansion sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure, working in a dynamic scale-up environment
- Obsess over outcomes, continuously iterate and innovate to drive the evolution of the business, and actively participate in building the business at all levels

- Experienced VP+ level professional with a background in business development, consulting, healthcare, or sales, having successfully scaled an organization's sales or account management function
- Skilled in utilizing sales technologies to drive outcomes and managing a high-performing team through quick thinking and problem-solving
- Dedicated team leader focused on building a diverse and multi-faceted team with a track record of exceeding targets through consultative sales processes
- Resourceful individual with a proven capacity to develop relationships with key stakeholders and optimize enterprise customer accounts
- Prior healthcare experience is required, along with a flexible mindset to adapt as the organization scales rapidly
