- The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for strategic accounts in the UKI region. - Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base will be a key responsibility. - Conducting comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and presenting tailored solutions is essential. - The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Negotiating contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals is a critical aspect of the job. - Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools is required. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, is vital for customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, will be necessary to deliver exceptional value to clients.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of full-cycle sales experience, particularly in a fast-growing software company. - A strong background in enterprise SaaS sales within the UKI region is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. - Experience selling solutions into large enterprise accounts and working with C-Level stakeholders is crucial. - The successful individual will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively engage with clients. - A builder mentality and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments are important traits for this position. - The candidate should be self-motivated and capable of managing tasks and projects independently. - Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to navigate ambiguity and find innovative solutions.
