✨ About The Role
- Design, create, and deliver global sales training programs to reduce sales ramp time and increase performance
- Establish metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement programs
- Collaborate with various teams to develop a first-class sales onboarding and continued enablement program
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary content and skills to successfully position Notion's offerings
- Build strong relationships with sales leadership to identify global needs and skill gaps and develop enablement deliverables around them

- 10+ years of experience leading global sales enablement programs, ideally in the SaaS industry
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding and ability to coach on sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks
- Proactive problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and taking ownership
