- Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion
- Experiment with outbound activity to decision makers with customized messaging to generate Enterprise opportunities
- Qualify prospects to determine if they are a good fit for Notion
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts on increasing team collaboration with Notion
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovation
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong customer skills with high cognitive empathy
- Business fluency in English is required, additional European language is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a solutions-oriented mindset
