✨ About The Role

- The Sales Development Representative will handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion and qualify those prospects to determine if they are a good fit - Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on increasing team collaboration with Notion, and experimenting with outbound activity to generate Enterprise opportunities - The role involves reaching out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn, holding meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, and building playbooks to define the sales motion - The Sales Development Representative will collaborate with cross-functional partners on performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovation, and work with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to build strong program feedback loops - The ideal candidate will have strong technical chops, be comfortable speaking about technical implementations, and be passionate about making software toolmaking ubiquitous

⚡ Requirements

- Experience in sales or sales development in a SaaS tech or high-growth environment, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas - Strong customer skills with high cognitive empathy and the ability to craft tailored stories for customers - Comfortable making cold calls to decision makers and engaging in outbound activities to generate Enterprise opportunities - Thrives in collaborative environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and has a solutions-oriented mindset - Enjoys talking to customers, digging deeper to understand their needs, and has a growth mindset
