The Director Of Sales Enablement will lead our Sales Enablement function and play a pivotal role in equipping our Provider Partnerships team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. Reporting to the Head Of Provider Sales, you'll own the strategy and execution of sales onboarding, ongoing training, leadership development, and rep performance coaching. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive faster rep ramp time, increased referral volume, and improved sales efficiency, while ensuring PPM (Provider Partnerships Manager) engagement and retention stay high. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with both sales and sales enablement experience who's excited about building a function from scratch, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed.
