Route Sales Professional

We are seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering products to various customers along designated routes. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving to customer locations to deliver products and facilitate the sales process.
  • Developing and maintaining a regular route schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked for customer needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
  • Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Preparing and submitting sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in route sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products.
  • Familiarity with sales software and basic computer skills.
