Route Sales Professional

We are seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering products to various customers on a designated route in the NH/VT area. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive to customer locations to deliver products and facilitate the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a regular route schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked for customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in route sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products.
  • Familiarity with sales software and basic computer skills.
