Welcome to Animal & Plant BioSolutions APAC. The APAC team brings together commercial, technical, and marketing colleagues from across the region, each with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and a shared commitment to customer success. Together, we deliver impactful solutions in feed enzymes, probiotics, and silage inoculants—always with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. Our strong team spirit and culture reflect the values we live every day: we care, we explore, we impact, and we take ownership.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Novonesis' market presence and customer base in APAC
  • Sales Management: Lead and manage the regional sales and technical-sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and market trends within the region.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for the region.

Potentially relevant experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the animal health and nutrition industry.
  • Recognized qualification in agriculture, livestock production, veterinary medicine, animal science or a related field
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of animal health industry and market dynamics.
