- Experience in managing key accounts or as a customer service professional, ideally in the freight forwarding industry - Educational background in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields - Familiarity with technical knowledge of international trade - Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions effectively - Ability to proactively identify and solve potential operational issues to enhance customer experience
