✨ About The Role
- The Sales Support role involves maintaining direct communication with internal and external clients related to the designated client portfolio
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with the freight team to provide excellent customer service and support
- Interacting with the local and/or regional pricing department to validate offered rates
- Performing administrative and documentary tasks to support the sales team
- Providing support to Account Managers with sending quotes to clients and instruction letters to the local shipping team
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in international relations, foreign trade, or related fields is required
- Previous experience in a similar role within a freight agent is desirable
- Knowledge of comprehensive logistics services including customs, transportation, and warehousing is necessary
- Familiarity with export and import processes is essential
- Ability to provide consultative sales, intangible services, or services is preferred
