Where You'll Fit Within The Team

You'll report directly to a Manager within the Commercial NPS Prism team. Your role will involve supporting deal creation through top of funnel activities such as identifying prospects, conducting cold outreach, and facilitating inbound leads. This role is crucial for advancing our sales goals and supporting the Commercial team by generating new leads and supporting deal lifecycles.

What You'll Do

Research prospective clients: partner with Commercial Directors to understand target organizations and build lead lists for potential outreach

Targeted outreach: support strategic outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. Assist in developing a pipeline of new business opportunities targeting organizations that aim to improve their customer experience.

Monitor inbound leads: assist in following up with inbound leads and coordinate introductory calls as needed

Maintain CRM records: ensure timely data entry of any prospecting efforts are maintained within the CRM (HubSpot)

Deal support: partner with Commercial Directors at any phase of the deal cycle to ensure the deal continues to progress. For example, assist with scheduling next steps, drafting follow up emails, or creating ad hoc collateral to support deal momentum.

Events: additional responsibilities may include attending lead generation events and providing sales support on site.

Sales Operations assistance: on occasion, sales development representatives may support post-sales analysis to improve sales win-rates and efficiencies. Additionally, SDRs may help to evolve our sales playbook by documenting tactics and templates that perform well.

About You

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience engaging prospects through various cold outreach methods

Comfortability with changing strategy and experimenting with new tactics

Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Results oriented and a willingness to learn

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

1-2 years of cold outreach or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the customer experience or SaaS industry
