- A bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong analytical background is essential for this role. - Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in direct account sales or renewals, particularly in the B2B SaaS industry. - A strong customer focus and a proactive attitude are crucial for success in this position. - The ability to operate under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively is necessary. - Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new tools and systems are required. - Strong spoken and written communication skills in English are essential, with additional languages in Southeast Asia being preferred.
