We are looking for a Leader of Operational Support Team to work in an area responsible for internalizing already sold orders and services in the company's ERP system, ensuring that all information is processed correctly and converted into revenue. The role also ensures the complete validation of all necessary documentation, allowing fluidity and precision in the entire post-sales process.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Operational management of the ERP, ensuring the correct registration of orders, contracts and revenue recognition, with integrity and traceability of data.
  • Validation and document control, ensuring the compliance of all post-sales documentation and preventing failures, inconsistencies and rework.
  • Support to the commercial team and internal areas, acting as an interface for clarification of rules, orders and ensuring fluidity in the activation process of services.
  • Management and development of the team, with balanced distribution of demands, performance monitoring and stimulation of continuous improvement.
  • Governance and continuous improvement of processes, promoting operational efficiency, compliance, financial security and evolution of flows and automations.

What do we expect you to have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, Processes or related fields.
  • Experience in corporate environment and operational or administrative areas.
  • Experience with sales administration, commercial support or post-sales operations.
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in documentation processes, compliance and order registration.
  • Experience coordinating workflows or team activities.
