Your Day At Ntt Data

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering comprehensive technology solutions to enterprise clients. Your focus will be on developing new business, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and expanding strategic accounts across multiple industries.

This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients solve complex business challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise-grade technology solutions.
  • Engage directly with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners.
  • Represent NTT DATA at industry events.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Proven track record of engaging and closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Good at verbal and written English.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing or a related field.

Required Experience

  • Extended experience in a sales management role.
  • Extended sales work experience gained within a similar environment.
  • Extended strategic planning and operational execution experience.
  • Extended track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Extended experience negotiating on extremely critical matters.
  • Extended go-to-market planning and execution experience.
