Solution Sales Specialist, Collaboration

A Solution Sales Specialist, Collaboration plays a key role in the technical support of the sales process, with a precise understanding of customer needs and the development of customized solutions based on these needs. They are thoroughly familiar with the portfolio of the Collaboration and Communication (CX/EX) business line and select the most suitable elements for technical proposals. Their task is to develop innovative, future-proof solutions that meet customer expectations and technological development in the long term.

They actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical consultations, where they demonstrate the operation and benefits of the proposed systems. They work closely with internal engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, they continuously monitor market trends and technological innovations to support strategic decision-making with up-to-date knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales of business solutions/manufacturers/products: CX & EX technologies sales: Cisco, Collaboration & Contact Center Solutions e.g., Genesys, Microsoft, and NTT DATA Inc., Hungary's own AI solutions
  • Preparing client presentation materials based on the business portfolio
  • Preparing/holding presentations at various events and conferences
  • Developing a business sales strategy with the Business Line Manager
  • Developing marketing campaigns based on the sales strategy
  • Training for sales area based on the business portfolio
  • Keeping references up to date
  • Participating in organizing business appearances
  • Customer management:
    • Portfolio presentation
    • Assistance in preparing proposals
    • Sales administration
    • Identifying upsell/xsell opportunities
  • Professional support for account manager colleagues
  • Managing sales projects related to the business line

Job Requirements:

  • Several years of sales experience, at least 3-5 years, in a multinational, corporate environment
  • IT/Telco/Technical sales experience
  • Strong technical vein, openness to new things
  • Motivated attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, internal desire for colleague training and obtaining various manufacturer certifications
  • Proactivity, strong communication, and organizational skills: the new colleague actively participates in organizing professional events and gives presentations to larger audiences
  • Fluent English language skills, although most of the communication with clients is in Hungarian, regional meetings must actively participate
  • B category driver's license
