In the area of Industry Focused Consulting Services, we are developing in the Digital Core with our line of business oriented teams along our overall strategy. In the area of the Competence Center structure OTC and the CoE "Core Sales & Customer Management" oriented line of business, we are looking for a Teamleitung Mitte in the Fach-Cluster "Core Sales".

The team leadership takes place in close cooperation with 4 other line of business teams in the cluster "Core Sales" in the Digital Core. Here, important impulses are driven in the sense of professional employee development and innovation strengthening in the ever-changing market requirements. As the main team leadership for junior consultants and a home for experienced consultants, the development of the cluster "Core Sales" is your central task. We act in the context of the respective leadership figures, in addition to the respective team leadership, also the very close cooperation of the HCoE of the respective cluster belongs.

You are responsible for a line of business team with the focus on "Core Sales" with different experience carriers. Your own location is ideally located in the aforementioned metropolitan areas.

The active support as well as the promotion and accompaniment of the development of your employees is just as much part of your tasks as the taking over of junior consultants in your core team. The recruiting, the integration and the coaching of new colleagues in your team as well as their further development are also part of your tasks.

Thus, as a team leader, you ensure the qualitative and quantitative training in high efficiency and thus our future delivery capability in new and established portfolio elements of the NDBS.

You support in the training process. By actively participating in projects, you form the bridge between training and delivery capability based on your own practical experience.

In addition to the professional and training involvement, we expect, in the spirit of our company culture, a networking in and beyond the professional area. This applies in particular also in the cooperation with the areas AMS or Development Services.

Together with the SAP line of business teams and the area managers in CS, you bear the responsibility for the training and deployment planning for the employees in your team.

In your team leadership role, you accompany the integration of new employees into the existing structures and new topics.

Your activities are oriented towards the objectives of the business area Industry Focused Consulting Services.

You conduct hiring, annual, half-yearly as well as feedback and development conversations with the employees of your team.

Management skills in the form of project and sub-project management experience or in the building and management of training programs. You have a pronounced social competence and joy in the development, leadership and promotion of new and existing employees.

You bring many years of experience in the consulting environment "OTC" and are familiar with the different requirements of our consulting everyday life.

In recent years, you have acquired extended knowledge in the context of S/4 HANA and are open to the cloud strategy of NTT DATA Business Solutions.

You are ready to take over result and training responsibility for your team.

You are not only characterized by a pronounced employee orientation, but also by a view of the future requirements for these.

Strategic thinking, a structured way of working as well as implementation strength and experience in dealing with young colleagues complete your profile.

Your weekly working time share is at least 80% in order to be able to meet your diverse tasks in the different roles.
