Nucar Parts Warehouse in Norwood, MA is currently looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our fast-paced sales team.
We expect the ideal candidate to embody DCD Automotive/Nucar's strong commitment to customer satisfaction which has permitted DCD Automotive/Nucar to become recognized as a professional leader in automotive sales and service. Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
- Being punctual to work and when returning from lunch and break with a full adherence to set schedule.
Education and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Sales/Parts experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
