The primary role of the Territory Sales Manager is to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Harris Supply Solutions Inc in Houston / San Antonio - and surrounding markets - in support of taking care of our customers. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales process from the initial quote all the way to the final invoice, the development of new business, and the day-to-day of running the overall business functions of the company. This job requires some local travel to visit customers and the operational parts of the business – no extensive travel necessary. The successful candidate will also spend time developing relationships with the Nucor Bar Mills in the region that supply the products we sell. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
