We are looking for a Business Development Director (Individual Contributor) who will take complete ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing six-figure deals (€100k - €1M) in key sectors like Healthcare, Aviation, and F&B.
If you have a 10+ year track record selling technology consulting services or staff augmentation (Agile teams/squads) and thrive in an environment of total autonomy, this is your next big challenge.
You will assume full ownership of the commercial cycle: from Strategic Market Development and Prospecting within key sectors (Healthcare, Aviation, F&B) to Consultative Solution Selling, where you will translate the technical challenges of Enterprise clients into customized value propositions and tailored engineering teams. Your mission includes leading the entire Negotiation and Deal Closure process for high-value agreements, culminating in Account Management and Expansion to ensure long-term satisfaction and continuous growth of Nuvolar's client portfolio.
Direct Reporting: Collaboration and direct reporting to the CEO.
