Technical Sales Support Specialist - Remote Eligible

What You Will Experience:

• Serve as the primary contact for designated sales territories to address customer inquiries and drive business growth.
• Deliver quotes and assess application requirements, costing, and manufacturability.
• Handle key accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues ensuring timely, effective communication.
• Support order processing and fulfillment by coordinating with sales, marketing, production, shipping, and other departments to address product, delivery, and service matters.
• Coordinate scheduled shipments, expedite deliveries as needed, and ensure timely order processing.
• Lead special projects and provide training and mentoring to Customer Service Representatives, Application Specialists, and Sales teams.
• Identify and recommend sophisticated or custom component replacements to assist customers.
• Consistently meet team performance goals and key performance indicators.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service in a call center and/or manufacturing environment and 2+ years of technical experience preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret sophisticated product documentation and apply technical knowledge to support customer needs.

• Pay Transparency: nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
