Global Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
Achieve team & individual business goals – grow revenue & gain market share.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers' account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Work with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP.
Provide regular sales forecast & report.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred.
Knowledge of software and hardware embedded systems.
Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred.
Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Frequent domestic travel required.
Be proactive, self-motivated, and a good team member.
