Account Executive (Northeast Region)
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As an Account Executive (Northeast Region), you'll be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with law firms and attorneys to drive revenue and meaningful sales growth to exceed your sales goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Anticipating market trends and proactively preparing for changes
- Proactively adding to and managing sales funnel with viable and numerous opportunities, developing action plans for sales prospecting and market penetration; obtaining "NEW" business from existing accounts
- Maintaining a consistent field presence by conducting in-person client visits at least three days per week to build relationships, drive sales, and support business development efforts
- Delivering effective, high-quality presentations tailored to the specific audience
- Identifying and seeking out information/facts needed to solve a problem; identifying optimal solutions to problems by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of alternative approaches
- Understanding Company targets, Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals and striving to meet and exceed
- Understanding the buying/selling process; recognizing non-verbal buying signals
- Preparing for each meeting, establishing objectives and outcomes
- Holding consultative sales meetings with clients; pairing the client's needs with appropriate service/product solutions
- Differentiating Veritext from our competitors; demonstrating working knowledge of the market and competitors
- Anticipating and actively listening to clients' upcoming needs and concerns; finding solutions to problems that are beneficial to all parties
- Closing the sale/asking for business
- Using the appropriate and differing communications to touch same clients multiple times
- Providing strong after-sales follow-up and support to clients as needed
- Actively networking in the legal community; being considered a 'valuable' player in the space
- Building sustaining client relationships through consistent and perpetual follow up (six times/year)
- Utilizing a rigorous sales process including planning, follow-up, and closing; using all the tools available to you, and adherence to policies
- Approaching your territory and accounts strategically so as to drive growth-cultivate your high potential accounts, drive meaningful exchanges, be client-centric always, and create relationships at all levels within your accounts
- Understanding Veritext products and services, their value, and commensurate fees
- Effectively explaining and/or setting prices for clients, cases, and other opportunities
- Consistently using SFDC, Strat Workbooks, Sales Toolkit, and other tools to effectively manage opportunities, activities, and clients
- Working collaboratively with Veritext colleagues and external clients, exhibiting Veritext Values
- Ensuring that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
The kind of teammate we are looking for:
- Minimum of three years of direct experience in sales; demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proactive and motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
