NAC Portfolio Analyst

The NAC portfolio analyst will support both the NAC sales lead and manager in the planning and execution of non-artificial colors (NAC) across the Mars Wrigley portfolio. They will be responsible for providing the data and analytics in order to track the key milestones throughout the transition. Additionally, they will be at the forefront of continued communication across the one-demand team, specifically supply and field sales.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years professional experience working with leading multi-functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
• Familiarity with customer base and working knowledge of retail landscape.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances
• Must be skilled with turning insights into opportunities & translating them into actionable.
• Technical knowledge skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP knowledge would be a nice to have).
• Availability to travel 10-15% of time.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Provide the NAC Sales lead and Portfolio Manager with data & analytics needed to support the NAC portfolio project
• Support team to ensure Sales Readiness across each of the One Demand Sales Planning Milestones
• Play key role in sales communications, including creation of content and publication
• Responsible for the analytical support necessary throughout NAC, mission one of choice SKU roll out
• Provide updates on project through summarization of key milestones to various stakeholders and forums; inclusive of Steerco, S&OP, and SCM.
• Works directly with supply partners on both short- and long-term inventory management
