Resident Sales Distribution Manager

The Resident Sales Distribution Manager will oversee nationwide distributor relationships and serve as the key liaison between the executive team and 1099 sales representatives. This role is focused on managing sales performance, distributor development, and market expansion — not direct commission-based selling.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive nationwide sales growth by managing and supporting independent (1099) distributors.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives that align with company goals and revenue targets.
- Monitor distributor performance to ensure compliance with pricing, marketing, and quality standards.
- Develop new distributor relationships to expand product presence in key markets.
- Provide marketing tools, sales training, and field support to distributor partners.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analyses for leadership review.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and all distribution partners.
- Coordinate product demos and training programs to enhance distributor product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve distribution challenges to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or distributor leadership role.
- Experience managing 1099 distributors or independent sales networks.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, distribution expansion, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic, self-motivated leader with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
