What We Need
We're hiring a polished, strategic Senior Director of Sales Enablement to lead the evolution of enablement across the full GTM lifecycle. Reporting into Product Marketing, this role will act as a key bridge between product, marketing, and revenue teams—ensuring every seller, every conversation, and every customer touchpoint reinforces LoopMe's differentiated story. You'll define and execute the global enablement strategy, while helping to scale consistent messaging, impactful training, and actionable content to support a multi-product sales motion. This is a leadership role for someone who brings executive presence, storytelling excellence, and a deep understanding of how to make enablement a growth engine.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for New York Residents Only) {$170,000 - $185,000] In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
