We are seeking a driven, highly effective, and proactive Sales Director to lead sales & business development within the Experiential & Live Events practice at MC2.
A minimum of 7 years' experience within the event and experiential marketing space
Proven and measurable success networking and leveraging relationships
Ability to identify and cultivate business opportunities
Ability to effectively interface with a diverse audience
Established track record in client retention and organic revenue growth
Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Excellent communication, presentation skills
Strong written and verbal skill set
Ability to both collaborate AND work independently, self-direct
Demonstrated understanding of market indicators and trends
PC skills, focus on Microsoft Office Suite, Web
