As a Sales Assistant for BaubleBar, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our accounts by assisting with product set up and launch for both BaubleBar and retailers, market preparation and overall account management. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Understanding of key retail metrics, including sell thru, open to buy, days of supply, and margin
Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Can do and positive attitude!
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to create sales performance reports
Ability to spot trends (new products, styles, brands) in the marketplace
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Starting range for this role is $23.00-26.00 per hour. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
