Position Summary: At County Waste, the Broker Relations Specialist plays a key role in supporting our broker partnerships and driving profitable growth across the region. Working hand-in-hand with the Sales Manager, this role manages an active book of brokered business - coordinating bids, reviewing pricing, ensuring contract accuracy, and maintaining strong communication between brokers, operations, and leadership. This position is built for someone who values relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, reliable results.
2-4 years of experience in sales support, brokerage, or account management, ideally in waste, logistics, or environmental services. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance relationship-building and business objectives. High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. Proficiency with CRM and internal pricing tools (ADP, Salesforce, or similar). A proactive mindset - you like to solve problems before they become them.
