Job Summary: The Sales Representative role is an entry-level quota-carrying sales position responsible for developing and converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into new business opportunities. This role is designed for individuals with minimal sales experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to revenue generation. The Sales Representative will proactively build pipeline through outreach, qualify opportunities through discovery conversations, and close smaller deals independently while progressing toward more complex sales opportunities. The primary purpose of this position is to create and progress new opportunities that lead to revenue growth for Arctic IT's Microsoft Cloud Solution offerings, including Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, etc.). Opportunities the Sales Representative will pursue will be at the discretion of the Director of Business Applications Sales, with the goal of providing equal opportunity to hit quota attainment with other Sales professionals. Compensation is base salary plus incentive, tied to SQL generation and quota attainment.

Working Environment: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when attending video meetings. Travel is required and varies around 50%.
