We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager – (RS e SC) to expand our footprint in the Rio Grande do Sul and Oeste de Santa Catarina region in Brazil, to support this market by prospecting and building relationships with large companies that have extensive PPE requirements. This role involves close collaboration with end customers companies to identify their safety needs, position our products as optimal solutions, and oversee the homologation of our PPE portfolio within these companies. Once the products have been homologated, the final sales process will be facilitated through our channel partners (distributors). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent skills in communication, relationship-building, and understanding customer requirements to drive growth while partnering with distributors to ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Safety, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or sales roles, preferably in the PPE, industrial products, or safety compliance sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships in a B2B setting.
Knowledge: Understanding of the PPE industry, safety products, and homologation processes is desired. Familiarity with Brazilian safety standards and PPE-related regulatory requirements is desired.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese is required, and proficiency in English is nice to have.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
