The Vice President, Audience Innovation holds a pivotal leadership role, steering the company's advanced advertising initiatives. More About What You'll Do:
- Define and manage the roadmap for the Precision & Performance platform, ensuring it leads in innovation, targeting, and effectiveness measurement while achieving revenue growth targets.
- Oversee all aspects of the lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to delivery and ongoing management, ensuring scalability to meet the needs of clients and partners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients, including agencies and advertisers, to boost retention and customer lifetime value.
- Lead requests and priorities for Precision/Performance pitch proposals, assessing the best strategy to pitch clients based on verticals/categories.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Research, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution and product development.
- Educate internal teams in the Media Solutions environment, common practices, vertical differences, product needs, and operations processes.
- Implement tools and processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reporting to Audience Innovation executive team and Media Solutions management on client progress, key questions, and Precision evolution.
- Represent A+E at industry events and conferences, building strategic partnerships and elevating the company's reputation among key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform product development and sales strategies.

Our team is currently coming into the office 2 days a week if you're commutable to NYC, Chicago, or LA. Fully remote candidates will also be considered, if you live in one of our approved working states.
Compensation:
Annual Pay Range: $188,034 - $220,000
Annual Incentive Target: 25.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
