Casual Inbound Sales Consultant

We are looking for Casual Inbound Sales Consultants. Our office is based in Padstow, so if traveling to Padstow works for you, take advantage of our free onsite parking. Great areas to travel to Padstow include; Bankstown, Illawong, Revesby, Holsworthy, Mascot, South Sydney, South West Sydney, or even along the M5 Airport line.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for you to join an iconic leader in the glass industry and have fun whilst doing so.
- Commencing rate of $37.83/hr + commission + super
- Take inbound calls and provide effective solutions to our customers
- Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success!
- Book appointments for customers to repair or replace their vehicle glass
- Selling and sales is required, including the upsell of our Value Added Products to each customer
- Receive coaching and mentoring from your leader to develop your skills
- Work in a well-structured environment, where you have visibility of your roster
About Your Roster:
- Initial training: Will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 9.00am - 5.00pm commencing 18 September 2025.
- You must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, on a rotating roster between 8.00am to 10.00pm.
- Weekend work and late shifts are available for those who want to increase their take home pay with shift penalties.
- After initial training, we roster you around your availability, and you can view your roster 4 weeks in advance!

- Experience working in a sales or contact centre environment is advantageous.
