How You Succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our clients' needs and be able to tailor our products and services to meet those needs. Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders will be key to your success.

What You Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching for new mandates and cross-selling existing products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

Who You Are

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in transaction banking sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services, including cash management and trade finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
