Corporate Loan Portfolio Manager
Oversee and manage the administrative functions related to corporate loan portfolios within a financial institution. Ensure all loan documentation, processing, compliance, and servicing activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead a team of loan administrators and work closely with credit, legal, risk, and operations departments to support the bank's corporate lending function.
Responsibilities include managing loan documentation, overseeing loan processing, ensuring compliance, monitoring portfolio performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, leading the loan administration team, resolving issues, improving processes, and maintaining systems.
