Insurance Brokerage - Sales Why Join Imagine a role where you can make a real difference in people's lives by helping them protect their assets and secure their future. As an Insurance Brokerage Sales professional at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and provide them with tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs and desires of your clients and matching them with our insurance products and services. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase sales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Conducting needs analysis and providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our insurance brokerage sales
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Who You Are

A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable. At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. A strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide tailored solutions. A results-driven approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
