We're hiring a Business Development Representative to partner with a fast-growing agency building affiliate and partnership programs for global brands. This is a foundational role, owning the earliest stages of the sales process—including prospecting, outreach, and inbound funnel development.
In this role, you'll identify prospects, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build the foundation of a growing sales function while working closely with the founding team, this opportunity is designed for you.
As a Business Development Representative, your success will be defined by your ability to generate new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline with precision, and drive growth at the top of the funnel. You'll combine prospecting skills with organizational rigor to increase deal volume and set the stage for long-term growth.

You'll collaborate directly with the founding team to execute sales initiatives, develop outreach campaigns, and refine demand generation strategies. Together, you'll build the foundation for a scalable sales function and drive new business opportunities.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
