✨ About The Role
- Responsible for generating sales pipeline by delivering qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
- Conduct account/contact research, manage a territory of accounts, conduct qualification, and generate interest among prospects
- Work closely with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and BDR Leadership to deliver a world-class customer experience for prospective customers
- Participate in ongoing professional development and advance professionally within Odaseva
- Opportunity to build foundational sales skills, work with a team of driven individuals, and learn more about the technology industry
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative in the technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to prospect into Enterprise level accounts using various tactics including phone calls, emails, and social selling
- Excellent time management, written and spoken communication skills, and a keen sense of organization and autonomy
- Experience working in a team environment and familiarity with tech tools like SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish/Italian and English
