Experience in Ocean Freight/NVOCC environment.

Verbal and written communication in English, patience, and customer service skills.

About the Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retain and develop customers.
  • Create new businesses in the region.
  • Prospecting new customers and maintaining active customers.
  • Negotiation to provide logistics solutions.
  • Plan and manage your portfolio of accounts.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to be informed about the line of business in the market.
  • Usage of networks and a variety of sales channels to collaborate with customers, marketing strategies, and fully offer the chain of logistics service providers to meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate the type and size of customer needs.
  • Customer visits (internal and external)

Work Schedule

9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
